 Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Rates

• Flat rate: $5.99 anywhere in the United States
• Free shipping: on orders over $50
   

Delivery Time
Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on location. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak holiday volume.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not yet available.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your item arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated time frame, please contact us at info@omegalife.com within 7 days. We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Address Issues
Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your order. Omega Life is not responsible for delays or lost orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Sales Tax Policy

Omega Life LLC collects North Carolina sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses within the state of North Carolina. Under North Carolina law, shipping charges to NC addresses are also subject to sales tax.

Orders shipped to addresses outside North Carolina are currently not charged sales tax.

Omega Life LLC operates under a valid North Carolina Sales & Use Tax Certificate and may provide Form E-595E (Streamlined Sales and Use Tax Certificate of Exemption) to vendors when purchasing items for resale.
